This policy explains how Super Nash Brothers (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit supernashbrothers.com.au, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). It covers the analytics and advertising cookies we use and how you can opt out.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — for example when you submit a careers or catering enquiry (such as your name, email, phone number and message).
- Usage and device information — collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site.
Ordering happens on our ordering partner’s platform (Bopple), on a separate website. Any details you enter to place an order — including payment — are handled by that platform under its own privacy policy, not on this site.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and run our business.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics).
- To measure and improve our advertising, and to show you relevant ads on third-party platforms (advertising and remarketing).
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 helps us see how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- Advertising — advertising pixels (which may include the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel) help us measure ad performance and show relevant ads. These are only active when we are running the corresponding ad campaigns.
These run by default. You can opt out at any time using the “Opt out” button on the cookie notice shown when you first visit. You can also clear cookies or use your browser’s privacy settings. Opting out tells our tags, via Google Consent Mode, to stop using cookies for analytics and advertising on this site.
Third parties
Some information is shared with the service providers that power the features above. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Google (Analytics and Google Ads)
- Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram advertising)
- TikTok (advertising)
- Bopple (online ordering)
Some of these providers may store or process data overseas.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you can make a privacy complaint. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
