What goes into our Nashville spice?
Our spice blend started with a trip to Howlin' Ray's in LA — the spot that kicked off our obsession. Cayenne forms the base (everyone knows that much), but the rest? That's our secret. Every piece of chicken gets the same technique: dunked in seasoned oil straight from the fryer, then hit with our house dry rub. The double coating builds layers of flavour where heat never overpowers taste. Flavour first, heat second — that's the Nash way.

"Ordered a super frango combo for lunch, this burger was absolutely delicious!! Crispy crinkle cut chips and matie behind the counter chucked some super caines sauce to try and was bloody cracker. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!!!!"

"I wanna do a huge shout out to one of the worker here, what an absolute legend its my first time here and he talked and helped me through the menu. Suggested some great options and customer service is up there with the best. Food was super fresh hot and delicious. I drove 2 hours to get Sydney's best chicken and this place didnt disappoint. Definitely worth a try 😃"

"Absolutely Delicious, Nash is a great spice that is put onto the chicken. The combinations of flavours are great and the spice level is good if you love chilli. There is also Southern Fried which isn’t spicy if you are allergic to good flavour. The Snack Pack is also delicious. Sometimes food takes a while if they are busy but this is bitter sweet because you CONSISTENTLY get fresh hot chicken, they have never fumbled on quality. Great Chicken shop, this one is in my regular rotation."

Where are your stores located?
We have three stores across Sydney: Waitara on the Upper North Shore, Waterloo in the inner south, and Willoughby on the Lower North Shore. All three are open 7 days for pickup, delivery and dine-in.
What heat levels do you have?
Four: Southern (no heat, just chicken salt), Nash (our Signature — slightly sweet, slightly spicy), Hot (a real step up), and Reaper (raw Carolina Reaper at 2M+ SHU — sign the waiver). Every menu item can be ordered in any heat level.
Do you do delivery?
Yes — all three stores offer delivery as well as pickup. Order online and we'll bring Nashville hot chicken to your door across the surrounding suburbs, or grab it fresh in store.
