Our chicken is halal-sourced
Good news if you've been hunting for proper halal fried chicken in Sydney. Our chicken is supplied by Farmer Joe's — a halal-certified poultry supplier — so the chicken across our whole regular menu is halal-sourced. The only thing we make that isn't halal is our Peach Jam, an optional sauce added separately. To keep your order halal, just leave off the Peach Jam.
To be upfront: we're not certified as a venue ourselves — our halal status comes from our chicken supplier. If halal matters to you, we're always happy to talk ingredients.
A note on our specials
Very occasionally we run a limited-time special that includes a non-halal ingredient, which can mean a cross-contamination risk in the kitchen while it's on. When that happens we make it clear — in store and on our channels — so you can decide what's right for you. Our standing menu stays halal-sourced; if you're ordering halal, it's worth a quick look at our current specials or a question to the team.

Order direct online, build your feed, and skip the Peach Jam.
