What goes into our Nashville spice?
Our spice blend started with a trip to Howlin' Ray's in LA — the spot that kicked off our obsession. Cayenne forms the base (everyone knows that much), but the rest? That's our secret. Every piece of chicken gets the same technique: dunked in seasoned oil straight from the fryer, then hit with our house dry rub. The double coating builds layers of flavour where heat never overpowers taste. Flavour first, heat second — that's the Nash way.

"I had the chicken sandwich with Nash spice level which was made fresh to order and very tasty! I also had mash and gravy on the side which had a unique smokey flavour. I would have personally liked the chicken a bit more salty, or alternatively more ranch sauce but it was still very yummy. The location is a hidden gem, nestled amongst a park and tennis courts, and there’s heaps of street parking and some seating outside available. The service was awesome and I highly recommend :)"

"Delicious, indulgent Southern style chicken and chips and burgers in a relaxed park kiosk setting, with helpful friendly staff. I had the nash spice chicken thigh, chips, texas toast and honey sauce. All were absolutely delicious, especially the chicken. The portion size was perfect, indulgent but not ridiculous. The eating area felt spacious and fresh, I could see the sky and oval and it was really enjoyable."

"Ordered via the app and picked up. Staff were excellent. The food was fresh. Ordered the Lite Sando combo for $21. Includes a super nash Sando, some chips and a drink. Great value. Sando was Nashville hot, it isn't hot by any means but just enough spice on it. Chips were crinkle cut and nice. All up a nice meal. Funny location too, in the middle of park with a playground, tennis courts and cricket field surrounding it."

"Absolutely insane how good their hot Nashville chicken is!! Really sets the standard of what a chicken burger should be. Everytime I have it, it’s as good as the last if not better. Double Nashville Sando combo (Hot) with an additional 3 tenders and smoked chicken gravy! 👌"

Where are your stores located?
We have three stores across Sydney: Waitara on the Upper North Shore, Waterloo in the inner south, and Willoughby on the Lower North Shore. All three are open 7 days for pickup, delivery and dine-in.
What heat levels do you have?
Four: Southern (no heat, just chicken salt), Nash (our Signature — slightly sweet, slightly spicy), Hot (a real step up), and Reaper (raw Carolina Reaper at 2M+ SHU — sign the waiver). Every menu item can be ordered in any heat level.
Do you do delivery?
Yes — all three stores offer delivery as well as pickup. Order online and we'll bring Nashville hot chicken to your door across the surrounding suburbs, or grab it fresh in store.
